About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Operations Manager to join our team at The Range. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales and improving store performance, consistently meeting key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of retail colleagues to achieve sales and service targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales and customer service strategies to drive business growth
  • Monitor and analyze store performance data to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives

Requirements

  • Minimum 18 months experience in a similar high-pressure customer-focused role
  • Proven track record of achieving results and meeting targets
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
