Motability Operations is actively looking for a Vehicle Quality Assurance Specialist to become a part of their dedicated team. This position is based in a dynamic environment where your primary duty will be to assess and identify imperfections in vehicle bodywork within the preparation sector. Under the guidance of the Quality Control Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all vehicles adhere to the stringent quality benchmarks established by the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough inspections of vehicles as they enter the preparation sector
  • Detecting bodywork imperfections, including scratches and dents
  • Collaborating with the Bodyshop or SMART repair teams for necessary corrections
  • Communicating effectively with management within the department
  • Documenting any Health and Safety concerns
  • Ensuring cleanliness and organization in workspaces
  • Meeting and exceeding established performance indicators

About You:

To thrive in this role, candidates should possess previous experience in Vehicle Inspection or Bodyshop environments, hold a valid UK Driving Licence, and demonstrate strong organizational and communication abilities. A meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, adaptable work ethic are essential for success.
