Job Summary

Quality Service Recruitment is seeking an experienced HGV Class 2 driver to join our team as a Refuse Truck Driver. As a key member of our waste management team, you will be responsible for collecting general household waste, recycling, and garden waste in the designated area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive a rear steer vehicle on set routes to collect waste and recyclables
  • Work collaboratively with the loading team to ensure efficient waste collection
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment
  • Operate a HGV Class 2 vehicle in accordance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Valid HGV Class 2 license
  • Full UK driving license
  • CPC certification
  • No more than 6 points on your driving license
  • Previous experience driving a rear steer vehicle is an advantage

Working Conditions

You will work a regular schedule, Tuesday to Friday, from 05:45 daily. You will be paid £14.71 per hour.
