Jo Malone - Corporate Sales and Events Coordinator

Primary Objectives:

  • Facilitate the expansion and enhancement of the B2B Corporate Sales division.
  • Support the Corporate Sales Assistant Manager in achieving overall B2B strategy sales goals.
  • Meet sales and service objectives effectively.
  • Ensure client retention and satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service consistently.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Contribute to the growth and enhancement of the B2B Corporate Sales division.
  • Assist the OMNI-Channel B2B Corporate Sales Assistant Manager in reaching B2B sales targets.
  • Achieve sales and service objectives.
  • Manage the client database through proactive prospecting, client presentations, and personalized service.
  • Take charge of the bi-annual corporate brochure in collaboration with the Global brand.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service at all times.

Sales and Service:

  • Support the OMNI-Channel B2B Corporate Sales Manager in achieving departmental sales targets.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of the B2B client base and sales performance in alignment with brand reviews.
  • Lead in-person brand introductions for new prospective clients, tailoring presentations to their business needs.
  • Actively seek new clients through networking and digital outreach.
  • Respond to and follow up on all sales inquiries and meetings promptly, documenting key action points.
  • Collaborate with clients on bespoke B2B requests, ensuring all requirements are met.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and the brand.
  • Assist in organizing in-person events, managing logistics including catering and security.
  • Ensure Corporate Sales services are well understood and supported across the organization.
  • Obtain necessary approvals for discount tiers and legal documentation.
  • Explore operational efficiencies to enhance service levels during peak periods.

Administration:

  • Ensure timely submission of accurate administrative tasks.
  • Effectively manage the Corporate client database, assisting with reporting and data analytics.
  • Oversee gift seeding for key clients during peak periods.
  • Ensure compliance with stock management to facilitate Corporate order fulfillment.
  • Support the creation of presentations on sales performance and business opportunities.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in data management, particularly with Excel.

Team Participation:

  • Act as an ambassador for Jo Malone London, enhancing personal and brand reputation.
  • Engage in external client meetings and events to support business development.
  • Integrate sales efforts with broader brand activities, aligning with marketing initiatives.
  • Participate in the execution of boutique and external events.
  • Contribute to internal meetings and events as needed.
  • Present sales data and B2B updates during quarterly reviews.
  • Engage in personal and professional development training.

  • Maintain the Jo Malone London image through professional presentation.
