Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the expansion and enhancement of the B2B Corporate Sales channel.
  • Assist the Corporate Sales Assistant Manager in meeting B2B sales targets.
  • Achieve sales and service goals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure client retention through exceptional service and relationship management.

Sales and Service Duties:

  • Support the Corporate Sales Manager in reaching departmental sales goals.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of the B2B client portfolio and sales performance, making necessary adjustments to client categorization based on revenue.
  • Lead in-person brand introductions for new clients, tailoring presentations to meet their specific business needs.
  • Proactively seek new clients through various networking strategies.
  • Manage all sales inquiries and follow-ups efficiently, documenting key action points.
  • Collaborate with clients on customized B2B requests, ensuring all specifications are met.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
