Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Meetings and Events Coordinator to join our team at Sodexo Group. As a key member of our corporate events team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless event operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events for internal and external clients, including meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.
  2. Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment.
  3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure event success, including sales, marketing, and operations.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure exceptional service and quality.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve event planning and execution.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in event planning, coordination, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of event planning software and tools.
