- Assist the Corporate Sales Assistant Manager in achieving overall B2B strategy sales goals.

- Ensure high levels of customer/client retention.
- Provide exceptional customer service consistently.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Contribute to the growth and development of the B2B Corporate Sales sector.
- Collaborate with the OMNI-Channel B2B Corporate Sales Assistant Manager to meet B2B sales objectives.
- Achieve sales and service goals.
- Manage the client database through independent outreach, presentations, and personalized service.
- Oversee the creation of the bi-annual corporate brochure in partnership with the Global brand.
- Deliver exemplary customer service.
Sales and Service:
- Assist the OMNI-Channel B2B Corporate Sales Manager in reaching departmental sales targets.
- Conduct thorough analysis of the B2B client base and sales performance in alignment with brand reviews.
- Lead in-person brand introductions for new potential clients, tailoring presentations to their business needs.
- Actively seek new clients through professional networking and outreach.
- Respond to and follow up on all sales inquiries and meetings promptly, documenting key action points.
- Collaborate with clients on bespoke B2B requests, ensuring personalization and fulfillment.
- Build and maintain strong brand and client relationships through effective networking.
- Support a significant portion of in-person events, coordinating logistics such as catering and security.
- Ensure Corporate Sales services are well understood and supported across departments.
- Obtain necessary approvals for discount structures and legal documentation.
- Explore and implement efficient operational practices to enhance service levels.
Administration:
- Ensure timely submission of accurate administrative tasks.
- Manage the Corporate client database efficiently, assisting with reporting and data analytics.
- Oversee gift distribution for key clients during peak periods.
- Ensure compliance with stock management to facilitate Corporate order fulfillment.
- Assist in preparing presentations on sales performance and opportunities as needed.
- Proficient in computer use, with a preference for experience in data management using Excel.
Team Participation:
- Act as an ambassador for Jo Malone London, upholding the brand's image and reputation.
- Engage in external client meetings and events to support business development.
- Integrate departmental sales efforts with broader brand activities, including marketing initiatives.
- Participate in boutique and external events as required.
- Contribute to internal meetings and events as necessary.
- Present sales data and B2B updates during quarterly reviews.
- Engage in personal and professional development training.
