Event Sales Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Event Sales Coordinator to join our team at a leading corporate venue in London. As an Event Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the team in converting enquiries and planning a variety of exciting events.

About the Role

This is a 9-12 month maternity contract, offering a competitive salary and a fantastic holiday package. You will have the opportunity to work with a state-of-the-art technology, modern facilities, and outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the team in converting enquiries into successful events
  • Plan and coordinate a variety of events, including conferences and meetings
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Utilize a CRM/booking system to manage event bookings and client information
  • Work collaboratively with the events team to ensure seamless event execution
Requirements
  • Previous experience in event sales and planning
  • Confident using a CRM/booking system
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Confident in multi-tasking with good time management
