Key Responsibilities:

  • Document control and management
  • Collating, completing, and submitting customer enquiries and orders
  • Providing administrative support to the sales team
  • Liaising with suppliers, customers, and colleagues to ensure seamless communication
  • Assisting with and typing up quotes and sales documents
  • General support of the sales team, including lodging documents on various customer portals

Requirements:

  • Strong literacy, numeracy, and computer-based skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
