** Sales Support Administrator**

**Location**: Hyde, Tameside
**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm (30 mins for lunch)
**Salary**: £22,000 - £24,000 (depending on experience)

We are a market-leading company seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join our team in Hyde, Tameside. As a Sales Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes and maintaining strong relationships with both internal colleagues and valued customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Answering Calls**: Respond to incoming calls promptly and efficiently, relaying relevant messages to colleagues as necessary.
- **Order Processing**: Handle the processing of sales quotations and customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- **Client Interaction**: Create online profiles for clients, demonstrating our platform to new users.
- **Supplier Liaison**: Collaborate with suppliers to manage stock availability, process orders, check due dates, and handle backorders.
- **Order Fulfillment**: Ensure orders are shipped to completion, managing the entire process from order placement to delivery.
- **Issue Resolution**: Own all client returns and issues, ensuring they are resolved to completion.
- **Data Management**: Update and note all relevant customer-specific information on the system and communicate it to the Account Manager.
- **Client Care**: Manage client birthdays and provide excellent customer service.
- **Business Support**: Offer general business support, including meeting and greeting visitors, providing refreshments, and handling post office runs.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Strong administration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in using relevant software and systems.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
