Administrative Support Professional

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Professional to join our Admin Support team at MWH Treatment's Head Office in Hattersley. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity, open to part-time applications with a full working week spread across five days.
This role will report directly to the Executive Assistant and provide support to our Head Office in delivering an efficient administration service. As an essential member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reception Duties: Responding to phone calls with courtesy and professionalism. Managing mail, including sorting, scanning, franking, and postal runs to the local post office.
- Courier Services: Utilizing Inxpress software to arrange courier services as needed.
- Administrative Support: Providing assistance with various tasks such as typing, filing, and photocopying.
- Office Maintenance: Ensuring the office remains clean and tidy.
- Software Use: Operating internal systems and software (training provided).
- Executive Assistance: Supporting the Executive Assistant with additional duties as needed.
- Archiving: Managing and processing company archives.
- Meeting Coordination: Ordering buffets and lunches for meetings and events.
- Stock Management: Maintaining and ordering office supplies, including groceries and stationery.
- General Office Administration: Assisting in the smooth running of day-to-day office operations.
Estimated Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. A competitive salary that reflects the demands and responsibilities of this role.
