We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team at Tameside & Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and administration services in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with clinical staff and teams within the Trust.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide administrative support to clinical staff and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • To respond to customer queries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • English and Maths GCSE CSE level 1 A-C or above
  • IT skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to travel
  • NVQ qualification level 2 or 3 in Business Administration/Customer Care/Team Leading or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Patient Administration systems
  • General office duties
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Packages
  • Previous supervisory experience/line management
  • Previous experience of working with the general public
  • Customer service skills
  • Typing/IT skills email, word processing file management
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent telephony skills
  • Flexibility to cope with changing job needs
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work alone making own judgements
