Administrative Coordinator for Healthcare Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team at Tameside & Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and administration services in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with clinical staff and teams within the Trust.
Key Responsibilities:- To provide administrative support to clinical staff and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
- To respond to customer queries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- English and Maths GCSE CSE level 1 A-C or above
- IT skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to travel
- NVQ qualification level 2 or 3 in Business Administration/Customer Care/Team Leading or equivalent
- Knowledge of Patient Administration systems
- General office duties
- Knowledge of Microsoft Packages
- Previous supervisory experience/line management
- Previous experience of working with the general public
- Customer service skills
- Typing/IT skills email, word processing file management
- Good communication skills
- Excellent telephony skills
- Flexibility to cope with changing job needs
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work alone making own judgements
- Competitive salary: £35,000 per annum estimated based on location
