Role and Responsibilities

Creating & maintaining customer price agreements.
- Preparing reports for customers.
- Preparing quotations for customers with competitive products and pricing.
- Assisting with the production of company brochures, promotions and social media.
- Updating and maintaining customer procurement and in-house systems.
- Updating and maintaining HNN app.
- Answering telephone
- Assist with data entry and data management tasks
- Provide support to other team members as needed

Qualifications and Education Requirements

GCSE Grades C and above in computing, English & maths (or equivalent qualification)

Preferred Skills
- Microsoft Excel skills including v lookups and pivot tables is essential for this role.
- Good communication skills.
- Punctual.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £11.84 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
