About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Administrator to join our team at Quilter. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

About the Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry and Quilter's products and services
