Compensation: £28k base salary (+ £10k OTE)

They are seeking a driven individual with a natural aptitude for building relationships to support the Sales team. This role involves managing existing clients, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring client loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and process incoming sales inquiries, addressing customer concerns effectively
  • Review sales data, identifying key trends and insights
  • Onboard new clients, ensuring accurate pricing and information
  • Maintain, update, and refine the CRM database
  • Manage communications from various platforms
  • Proactively cultivate client relationships
