About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front of House Coordinator. As the first point of contact for our visitors and staff, you will embody our commitment to exceptional service and operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist with car park management and ensure a smooth flow of traffic.
  • Meet and greet staff and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Support and facilitate events and meetings within the building, ensuring seamless logistics.
  • Supervise suppliers and contractors on site, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Act as an information source for general enquiries from staff and visitors, providing accurate and timely responses.
  • Be the face of the Company, consistently representing our values and approach.
  • Assist in collating data for monthly reports and KPI figures, providing valuable insights.
  • Support with invoicing, purchase orders, and general accounting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Carry out basic building management responsibilities, including weekly fire alarm tests and basic legionella checks.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties commensurate with position and salary range.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a front of house receptionist or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong commitment to delivering exemplary customer service.
  • Ability to build rapport and strong working relationships to encourage a supportive working environment.
  • Experience handling difficult customers.
  • Ability to adapt to different priorities quickly and maintain good attention to detail.
  • IT proficiency with an accounting bias preferred.
  • Understanding of basic building management regimes and problems.
  • First aid trained or willing to learn.
  • Confident and well-presented.
