Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front of House Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk and ensuring that our building is well-maintained and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet staff and visitors to the building, providing a warm and professional welcome.
  • Support and facilitate events and meetings within the building, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption.
  • Supervise suppliers and contractors on site, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Act as the face of the company for all visitors, maintaining a consistent approach and providing proactive support for ad hoc client requests.
  • Assist in collating data for monthly reports and KPI figures, providing valuable insights for business growth.
  • Carry out basic building management responsibilities, including weekly fire alarm tests and basic legionella checks, ensuring a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Assist with car park management, ensuring efficient and secure parking facilities.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties commensurate with position and salary range, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of basic building management regimes and problems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, visitors, and suppliers.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a collaborative and proactive approach.
