**Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Front of House Coordinator. This position will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk and ensuring that our building is well-maintained and welcoming.
Main Responsibilities:
Meet and greet staff and visitors to the building, providing a warm and professional welcome.
Support and facilitate events and meetings within the building, ensuring seamless execution and a positive experience for attendees.
Supervise suppliers and contractors on site, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Act as the face of the company for all visitors, maintaining a consistent approach and providing proactive support for ad hoc client requests.
Assist in collating data for monthly reports and KPI figures, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
Carry out basic building management responsibilities, including weekly fire alarm tests and basic legionella checks, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all.
Assist with car park management, ensuring efficient and secure parking facilities for staff and visitors.
Perform any other ad hoc duties commensurate with position and salary range, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing business needs.
Requirements:
Understanding of basic building management regimes and problems, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, visitors, and external partners.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and deadlines.
Basic knowledge of building management software and systems, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
