About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Partrac, a leading provider of metocean services for the renewables and coastal industries.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering metocean measurement campaigns for offshore wind projects across Europe, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure safe, effective, and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and deliver contract requirements for metocean measurement campaigns
  • Prioritize safety in all planning, engineering design, and execution
  • Ensure project delivery to timeline, budget, and quality standards
  • Identify and manage project opportunities and risks
  • Control, monitor, and track financial aspects of projects to maximize profitability
  • Balance maximizing profit and client satisfaction
  • Manage change during project lifecycle
  • Coordinate project team and ensure effective communication
  • Ensure project delivers expected outcomes
  • Act as single point of contact for client, subcontractors/suppliers, and internal project communications

About You:

  • Advanced user of MS 365 applications
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple projects
  • Systematic and methodical approach with fine attention to detail
  • Experience in commercial marine operations
  • Degree in oceanography, marine science, applied physics, marine engineering, or related subject
  • Demonstrate tenacity and flexibility in a dynamic team environment
  • Commercially minded with impeccable level of professionalism
  • Fluent in English (spoken, reading, and writing)
  • Clear and confident communicator with ability to collaborate effectively with clients
  • Full driving license and ability to travel to mobilizations and client meetings
