About the Role:

The Project Manager (Metocean / Oceanographic) is a key position at Partrac, responsible for delivering high-quality metocean measurement campaigns for offshore wind projects across Europe. With a strong background in oceanography, offshore or coastal survey, and marine operations, you will be an excellent communicator, able to prioritize changing schedules, and focused on delivering an exceptional measurement service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and deliver contract requirements to meet client needs and expectations.
  • Prioritize safety in all planning, engineering design, and execution to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Ensure project delivery meets timelines, budget, and quality standards.
  • Identify and manage project opportunities and risks to maximize profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Control, monitor, and track financial aspects of projects to optimize revenue and minimize costs.
  • Balance profit maximization with client satisfaction to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage change during the project lifecycle to ensure smooth execution.
  • Coordinate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Ensure project delivery meets expected outcomes and client requirements.
  • Act as a single point of contact for clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project communications.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in commercial marine operations and a degree in oceanography, marine science, applied physics, marine engineering, or related field.
  • Fluent in English (spoken, reading, and writing) and excellent communication skills.
  • Full driving license and ability to travel for mobilizations and client meetings.
