Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and deliver contract requirements for metocean measurement campaigns.
- Prioritize safety in all planning, engineering design, and execution to ensure a safe working environment.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Identify and manage project opportunities and risks to maximize profitability.
- Control, monitor, and track financial aspects of projects to ensure maximum profitability.
- Balance maximizing profit and client satisfaction to ensure long-term business relationships.
- Manage change during the project lifecycle to ensure minimal disruption to the project timeline.
- Coordinate project teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Ensure projects deliver the expected outcomes and meet client requirements.
- Act as a single point of contact for clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project communications.
- Support metocean measurement operations up to 30 days per year.
- Advanced user of MS 365 applications.
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Systematic and methodical approach with a fine attention to detail.
- Experience of commercial marine operations.
- Degree in oceanography, marine science, applied physics, marine engineering, or related subject.
- Demonstrate tenacity and flexibility in a dynamic team environment.
- Commercially minded with an impeccable level of professionalism.
- Fluent in English (spoken, reading, and writing).
- Clear and confident communicator with ability to collaborate effectively with clients.
- Full driving license and ability to travel to mobilizations and client meetings.
