About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Partrac, a leading provider of metocean services for the renewables and coastal industries.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering metocean measurement campaigns for offshore wind projects across Europe, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure safe, effective, and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and deliver contract requirements for metocean measurement campaigns
  • Prioritize safety in all planning, engineering design, and execution to ensure a safe working environment
  • Ensure project delivery meets timeline, budget, and quality requirements
  • Identify and manage project opportunities and risks to maximize profitability
  • Control, monitor, and track financial aspects of projects to ensure optimal financial performance
  • Balance client satisfaction with profit maximization
  • Manage change during the project lifecycle to minimize disruptions
  • Coordinate project teams to ensure effective collaboration and communication
  • Ensure project delivers expected outcomes and meets client requirements
  • Act as a single point of contact for clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project communications
  • Support metocean measurement operations up to 30 days per year
Requirements
  • Advanced user of MS 365 applications
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Systematic and methodical approach with attention to detail
  • Experience in commercial marine operations
  • Degree in oceanography, marine science, applied physics, marine engineering, or related field
  • Demonstrate tenacity and flexibility in a dynamic team environment
  • Commercially minded with an impeccable level of professionalism
  • Fluent in English (spoken, reading, and writing)
  • Clear and confident communicator with ability to collaborate effectively with clients
  • Full driving license and ability to travel to mobilizations and client meetings
