Job Description

Hydrasun Group Ltd is a leading provider of integrated fluid transfer, power, and control solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Training and Development Specialist to join our team in Glasgow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, deliver, and assess learning activities in accordance with our Competency Management System (CMS) process, as outlined in the ISO standard.
  • Deliver internal and external technical training that meets Hydrasun's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), Quality, and Training standards.
  • Implement innovative training solutions and effective learning evaluation processes to measure the quality and effectiveness of internal and external training programs.
  • Provide guidance and support to the organization on specific learning and development requirements, including internal verification of competence.
  • Ensure that all training activities are executed in accordance with the requirements defined within our HSE, Quality, and Training management systems.
  • Develop new training materials in response to customer feedback, customer needs, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Training Lead to deliver training requirements to customers globally and meet Hydrasun's internal competency requirements.
Requirements
  • Experience in delivering internal and external technical training to a high standard.
  • Demonstrable track record of achievement in meeting personal training and competency objectives.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to deliver innovative solutions and engage with the wider organization.
  • A clear understanding of the importance of accountability in compliance with learning and competency management system processes.
