IT Systems Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Support Coordinator to join our Lifesaving Operations Department. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the needs of our end users in new and current RNLI systems.
Key Responsibilities- System Development and Testing: Collaborate with project teams to develop and test new technology solutions from concept to deployment.
- Training and Deployment: Deliver training to end users on new technology solutions and ensure seamless deployment.
- User Support: Provide technical support to users with existing systems and contribute to process improvements.
- Event Coordination: Coordinate, plan, and facilitate events, meetings, and communications to ensure effective collaboration and decision-making.
- Training Needs Identification: Work with stakeholders to identify training needs and support the creation of targeted training interventions.
- IT Skills: Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft tools and systems.
- Self-Management: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage workload effectively.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Training Delivery: Ability to train staff and volunteers on RNLI applications and systems.
- Customer Focus: Treat all stakeholders as customers and provide exceptional service.
- Lifesaving Operations Experience: Experience working in lifesaving operations processes.
- System Knowledge: Familiarity with RNLI systems, including AX, IT Self Service, LSAR, Horizon, RCAMS, MySAR, Marketing Unity, Compass ZMYStation, and RNLI.
