Job Title: Flooring Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Flooring Specialist to join our team at Build Recruitment. As a Flooring Specialist, you will be responsible for carrying out repairs and maintenance in domestic properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carrying out repairs and maintenance in domestic properties
  • Installing and repairing vinyl flooring, laminate, cap and cove, and welding
  • Performing minor plumbing tasks
Requirements:
  • NVQ in flooring trade
  • Validated skills and experience in flooring installation and repair
Benefits:
  • Van and fuel card provided
  • 26 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Optional overtime at time and a half or double time on Sundays
  • Yearly bonus up to 10%
  • Pension scheme
  • Annual pay increase
