Job Title: Collection Officer

Brook Street is seeking a highly skilled and organized Collection Officer to join our team. As a Collection Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our collection process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deputise for Team Leaders as required
  • Supervise post opening and floor walking
  • Allocate workload to band F staff
  • Process payments, correspondence, and reports
  • Monitor and update suspended cases
  • Deal with public enquiries and liaise with DVLA and Police Forces
  • Perform general office duties, including answering switchboard/telephones and handling mail
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
