Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Administrator to join our team at Henry Schein. As a key member of our Service Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and scheduling services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule internal and field resources on our Field Service system to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer issues.
- Technical Support: Provide basic technical support to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Communication: Keep customers informed of progress and updates on their issues, and ensure that all communication is clear and concise.
- Resource Management: Monitor field resource schedules to maximize appointments and attendance, and ensure that all resources are utilized effectively.
- Documentation: Capture and document technical descriptions of faults, and close out engineer worksheets and create invoices as required.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Good level of Maths and English.
- Experience: Experienced in providing excellent customer service, with a strong technical background and ability to multitask effectively.
- Skills: IT literate, with experience in MRP or CRM systems desirable but not essential.
