Job Overview

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for leading the expansion of our brand, securing new business opportunities, and nurturing relationships with coffee shop owners and managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with coffee shop owners and managers to increase sales and brand awareness.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
  • Provide product training and presentations to coffee shop staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about our products.
  • Develop tailored strategies to meet the needs of our clients and achieve brand objectives.
  • Represent Oato at trade shows and industry events to showcase our products and build relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in field sales, with a focus on customer service and relationship-building.
  • Background in the dairy alternatives or coffee industry (a plus).
  • Positive and growth-oriented mindset, with a strong ability to work autonomously and make decisions to meet targets.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to educate clients about our products.
  • Digital literacy, with proficiency in Google Office tools (a bonus).
  • Valid UK driving license.
