Job Title: Fire Systems Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Systems Engineer to join our team at Alarm Communications Limited. As a Fire Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining, installing, and commissioning fire systems for our clients in and around London and surrounding counties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair fire systems to ensure they are functioning correctly and efficiently.
  • Install and commission new fire systems, including Advanced, Notifier, Morley, and Gent systems.
  • Work with our established team to ensure that all fire systems are properly maintained and repaired.
  • Collaborate with our Senior Engineer, Service Coordinators, and Customer Service Manager to ensure that all fire systems are properly maintained and repaired.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients, ensuring that their fire systems are properly maintained and repaired.
  • Work with and mentor Trainee Engineers to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years' experience as a Fire Alarm Engineer.
  • Electrically competent, with the ability to carry out safe isolations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Experience with installing, commissioning, and maintaining fire systems.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to adapt and respond to clients in different situations.
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage your time effectively.
  • A passion for continuing to learn and develop your skills.
