Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Engineer to join our team, responsible for servicing, maintaining, and commissioning our fire suppression systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fire protection and suppression, with a focus on customer service and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out regular servicing and maintenance of fire suppression systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and testing of systems, identifying and addressing any issues or defects.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with our technical team to resolve complex technical issues and improve system performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance our services and systems.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years' experience in fire protection and suppression, with a focus on service and maintenance.
  • Strong technical knowledge of fire suppression systems, including design, installation, and commissioning.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and problem-solving.
  • Valid driving license and ability to travel to client sites.
