At Hall & Kay Fire Engineering, we are seeking a highly skilled Fire Alarm Commission Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our fire protection and security solutions team, you will be responsible for the service, maintenance, and technical support of fire alarm systems.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular servicing, preventative maintenance, and technical support on fire alarm systems for our clients.
- Take a hands-on approach to integrate fire alarm systems on projects, working closely with the project delivery team.
- Perform commissioning of systems and ensure smooth handover to clients.
- Conduct surveying tasks and provide support on quotes and design of systems.
- Perform fire inspections and maintain equipment required for these inspections.
- Proven experience in fire alarm systems maintenance, gained over several years.
- FIA or equivalent training is highly desirable.
- Hold a full UK driving license.
- Provide a professional service at all times, demonstrating attention to detail, quality, and customer service.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential for this role.
- Competitive salary range, negotiable based on experience.
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with option to buy and sell days.

- Mobile phone.
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.
- Call-out rota with standby rates.
