Job Title: Fire Alarm Service

At H&K Fire Engineering, we are seeking a highly skilled Fire Alarm Service professional to join our team. As a Fire Alarm Service professional, you will be responsible for the service, maintenance, and technical support of fire alarm systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting servicing, PPM, and technical support on fire alarm systems for our clients.
  • Integrating fire alarm systems on projects, working alongside the project delivery team.
  • Performing the commissioning of systems with handover to the client.
  • Providing a pivotal contact point for the client for any ongoing issues or technical support needed.
  • Performing surveying tasks and supporting on quotes and design of systems.
  • Performing fire inspections and maintaining and operating equipment required to perform these inspections.
Requirements:
  • Proven and demonstrable experience in fire alarm systems maintenance gained over a number of years.
  • FIA or equivalent training is highly desirable.
  • Hold a full UK driving license.
  • Provide a professional service at all times, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail, quality, and customer service.
  • Able to work independently, with little supervision, but also able to work successfully as part of a team.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate with a range of customers/clients/internal colleagues.
