Job Title: Fire Alarm Service

At H&K Fire Engineering, we are seeking a highly skilled Fire Alarm Service professional to join our team. As a Fire Alarm Service technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, commissioning, and technical support of fire alarm systems for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular servicing and maintenance of fire alarm systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Commission new fire alarm systems and perform final handovers to clients.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for fire alarm systems, including fault diagnosis and repair.
  • Work closely with project delivery teams to integrate fire alarm systems into new projects.
  • Perform fire inspections and maintain equipment required for these inspections.
  • Support the design and quoting process for fire alarm systems.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in fire alarm systems maintenance, with a strong understanding of fire safety regulations and industry standards.
  • FIA or equivalent training is highly desirable.
  • Hold a full UK driving license.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential for this role.
