Position Overview

Business Intelligence Analyst - 12 month Fixed Term Contract
Hybrid working model with flexibility for remote work.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a graduate with up to 3 years of relevant experience in an analytical capacity to join a prestigious global organization.

The role is initially offered on a fixed-term basis, with potential pathways to a permanent position for candidates demonstrating strong performance.

Ideal candidates will possess degrees in fields such as Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, MORSE, or Economics, emphasizing strong quantitative and analytical skills.

We seek individuals with a genuine enthusiasm for problem-solving, meticulous attention to detail, and a deep passion for data.

Key Responsibilities

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will:

  • Provide analytical expertise and identify data gaps, proactively shaping the data strategy in alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with key business units to thoroughly understand their data, reporting, visualization, and analytical requirements.
  • Oversee a collection of dashboards, visualizations, and data sources, ensuring their continuous enhancement.
  • Deliver precise and reliable data sets and visualizations within established timelines.
Technical Skills Required

Successful candidates will demonstrate:

  • Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Python, and Excel.
  • A proven track record in leading analytical projects.
  • Strong business insight and commercial awareness.
  • Experience in designing and developing data visualizations and dashboards.
Analytical Expertise

Responsibilities also include:

  • Analyzing intricate issues, synthesizing findings, and effectively presenting insights to stakeholders.
  • Managing databases and integrating data from various sources.
  • Designing data for management reporting purposes.
  • Visualizing data and communicating trends and insights to diverse audiences.
