Our Actuarial teams play a key role in helping us deliver on our strategy. Whether your focus is pricing, reserving, modelling or another area we believe in allowing our colleagues to work in a way that suits them. Giving them the time and freedom to keep our customers at the heart of every decision.
How you'll help us make health happen:
- Actuarial support for the development of pricing recommendations
- Analysis of historical performance
- Identifying trends and outcomes
- Ad hoc actuarial projects - customer retention, satisfaction and product enhancements
- Support business plans
- Liaise with Claims Analytics, Product, Sales, Finance and Marketing teams
- Part-Qualified Actuary (IFoA) 6-10 exams passed or equivalent previous experience in actuarial pricing
- Insurance experience
- Pricing knowledge and knowledge on Generalised Linear Modelling or regression modelling will be an advantage
- High proficiency in Excel and at least some user experience with SAS
- Loves customers, organised, adaptable and willing to learn
