About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of children with disabilities. In this role, you will work closely with families, providing guidance, support, and resources to help them navigate the challenges they face.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of children's needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Provide direct support to children and families, addressing their emotional, social, and developmental needs.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including therapists, educators, and medical specialists.
  • Advocate for the rights and well-being of children with disabilities.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field.
