About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate D1 Home to School Driver to safely transport special educational needs (SEN) children within the London Borough of Richmond and the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames. You will play a vital role in ensuring that these children have access to education and opportunities equal to their peers.

Your Responsibilities

  • Maintain the safety and well-being of all passengers throughout each journey.
  • Ensure punctual collection, drop-off, and adherence to agreed travel schedules.
  • Conduct regular vehicle checks to guarantee roadworthiness and compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate effectively with passenger assistants to provide a supportive and positive travel experience.
