About the Role

Our client, a prominent player in the sector, is recognized for its dedication to quality and the growth of its workforce. As an HR Support Specialist, you will be instrumental in delivering extensive HR administrative assistance, providing counsel and support in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in various HR generalist functions, including Absence Management, Performance Management, and the resolution of disciplinary matters and grievances.
  • Draft correspondence and aid in administrative tasks related to these HR functions.
  • Compile monthly and ad-hoc reports, analyzing critical employee metrics such as headcount, turnover, and absence rates.
  • Oversee absence monitoring, ensuring precise reporting and administration.
  • Manage HR platforms and databases, including Reward Gateway and Learning & Development systems, under the guidance of the Head of HR.
  • Facilitate the administration of company benefits, including overseeing the annual renewal process.
Qualifications

A strong enthusiasm for HR and a commitment to developing a career in this field are essential. Proficiency in utilizing HR databases and systems is required.
