Role Overview

As an HR Operations Coordinator, you will leverage your commitment and proficiency to deliver comprehensive HR services to our HR Business Partnering Team. Your diverse responsibilities will include administrative, operational, and project management support.

HR Administration Duties

Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing HR administration, which includes:

  • Managing the entire employee life cycle process.
  • Facilitating first-day induction procedures.
  • Addressing HR inquiries effectively.
Data Management and Employee Relations

Additionally, you will:

  • Support data management efforts, ensuring the integrity of records within the HR system, and generating standard and ad hoc reports.
  • Assist in employee relations by providing note-taking support during investigatory procedures related to disciplinary and grievance matters.
Qualifications

We seek individuals with:

  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong ICT skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A solid understanding of data accuracy and a commitment to confidentiality.

Your familiarity with HR operations in large organizations, coupled with a genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for the Asset Management and Financial Services sectors, will be highly valued.
