DiverseJobsMatter is seeking a highly skilled and organized Group HR Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR Operations function, you will play a critical role in managing and streamlining day-to-day HR processes, driving efficient operations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Support: Provide global HR support in areas of the employee life cycle, including HR Systems (Workday, HR Specialist Systems).
- Query Management: Serve as the first point of contact for all employee-related queries and HR Business Partnering Teams in relation to Workday and HR Specialist systems.
- Ticket Management: Manage and triage internal Group HR Operations ticketing system, assigning tasks to appropriate HR Operations/Technology/Payroll members based on complexity.
- Process Management: Ensure all business processes in Workday are completed by relevant actors and are not pending, impacting the Payroll Team and employee life cycle transactions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the HR Technology Team to ensure employees and HR Studio Teams have up-to-date guides, job aids, and process flows to perform their activities.
- Data Management: Responsible for regular auditing of data to ensure accuracy and compliance with GDPR.
- Document Management: Maintain and organize standardized employee files/documents within Workday.
- Immigration Support: Provide immigration support for the UK, including visa renewals and tracking.
- System Maintenance: Work closely with the HR Technology Team and Payroll Team to ensure cyclical Workday activities are performed in conjunction with the HR Technology Team.
- Special Projects: Assist the HR Technology Team with special projects, assignments, and tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- HR Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of HR processes and ability to understand HR initiatives that align with business goals.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with ability to prioritize workload and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with HR Systems, including Workday and HR Specialist Systems.
- Analytical Skills: Analytical skills to look at data and provide key insights.
