We are seeking an experienced HR Administrative Assistant to join our team at Kreston Reeves. As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR Operations Team, maintaining HR systems, and managing HR documents.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the HR inbox and respond to employee queries
- Maintain employee records and update information in HR systems
- Organise and coordinate HR processes, including new joiners and leavers
- Support the HR team with administrative tasks and projects
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Competent user of systems and good level of knowledge in Excel and Word
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
