Job Title: HR Administrator

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team at James Gray Associates. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HRIS systems and be able to download and upload data with ease.

Key Responsibilities:

* Downloading and uploading HR data from a legacy system to a new HRIS
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records
* Providing administrative support to the HR team

Requirements:

* 1 year of experience in HR
* Good technical skills, including MS Office
* Ability to start immediately

What We Offer:

* Competitive hourly rate of £14-£17
* 3-month contract

Location:

* West Sussex

Working Arrangements:

* Hybrid (full or part-time)
