Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Coordinator to join our team at Veolia. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for processing sales invoices, dealing with related queries, and liaising with internal stakeholders regarding Accounts Payable and related matters.

Key Responsibilities

Process and monitor expenses and credit card receipts
Prepare the main components of the weekly cash forecast
Maintain controls around mobile phones, laptops, vehicles, and other leased items
Assist in the preparation and response to queries for the annual audit and internal management audit requirements

Requirements

Excellent attention to detail and experience working with data
Previous experience working within a responsible and busy finance administrative role
Excellent customer service skills and ability to work as a team and independently
Experience with Google packages, Excel, and Workday would be an advantage
