Senior HR Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the business in achieving its goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Business Partnering: Provide strategic HR guidance and support to business leaders, ensuring they are equipped to manage their employees effectively.
- HR Operations: Oversee the implementation of HR policies, processes, and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations matters, including conduct and capability, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- HR Projects: Partner with the HR COE to deliver large-scale HR initiatives, driving process improvements and cost savings.
- HR Business Partnering: Support the divisional HR Business Partners and Leaders in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Certifications: CIPD Level 5 or equivalent.
- Experience: Proven experience in HR, with a strong background in talent acquisition, talent management, compensation, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Skills: Strong process improvement orientation, ability to collect and interpret data, excellent communication and coaching skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
