As a Senior HR Business Partner at Ancillare, you will play a critical role in leading, managing, and coordinating the overall planning and delivery of Human Resource activities, services, policies, and programs in support of the business plan and strategic direction of the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Consult with Business leaders to provide information and guidance on employment and compliance to regulatory concerns regarding employees.
- Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of overall business operations objectives.
- Collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings and succession planning.
- Analyze trends in compensation and benefits, and research and propose competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
- Implement new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
- Administer or oversee the administration of human resource programs, including compensation, benefits, and leave, performance and talent management, and training and development.
- A minimum of 12 years of HR experience, with at least five years in a leadership capacity.
- International HR experience a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
