Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver thorough HR administrative support, providing advice and guidance in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Assist in all primary HR generalist activities, encompassing Absence Management, Performance Management, and the management of disciplinary actions and grievances.
  • Draft correspondence and support administrative tasks related to these HR processes.
  • Create monthly and ad-hoc reports, analyzing employee data, headcount, turnover, and absence statistics.
  • Oversee absence monitoring, ensuring precise reporting and administration.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for HR inquiries, offering prompt responses and delegating tasks as needed.
  • Maintain the HR Tracker, ensuring it is accurate and consistently updated.
  • Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes, coordinating induction programs.

Administer HR platforms and databases, such as Reward Gateway and Learning & Development systems, under the supervision of the Head of HR.

Support the management of Company benefits, including overseeing the annual renewal process.
