🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive HR administration support, offering advice and guidance in line with policies and procedures.
Support all key HR generalist activities, including Absence Management, Performance Management, and the handling of disciplinaries and grievances.
Prepare correspondence and assist with administration tasks associated with these HR processes.
Generate monthly and adhoc reports, analysing employee data, headcount, turnover, and absence rates.
Monitor absence and ensure accurate reporting and administration.
Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing timely responses and allocating tasks as necessary.
Maintain the HR Tracker, ensuring it is accurate and up to date at all times.
Facilitate the on boarding and leaver processes, coordinating induction programmes.
Administer HR platforms and databases, such as Reward Gateway and L&D systems, with oversight from the Head of HR.
