About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our team at DiverseJobsMatter. As a key member of our HR Operations function, you will play a critical role in managing and streamlining our day-to-day HR processes, driving efficient operations, and ensuring compliance with our data retention policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Operations Support: Provide global HR support in areas of the employee life cycle, including HR Systems (Workday, HR Specialist Systems). Serve as the first point of contact for all employee-related queries and HR Business Partnering Teams.
  • Ticket Management: Manage and triage our internal Group HR Operations ticketing system, assigning tasks to appropriate HR Operations/Technology/Payroll members based on complexity.
  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with the HR Technology Team to ensure that all central business processes are consolidated, working efficiently, and standardized where possible. Identify opportunities for improvements and enhancements.
  • Employee Data Management: Ensure that all employee data is accurate, compliant, and in line with GDPR. Maintain and organize standardized employee files/documents within Workday.
  • Immigration Support: Provide immigration support for the UK, including visa renewals and tracking, ensuring effective updates within our UK SMS portal.
  • System Maintenance: Work closely with the HR Technology team and Payroll team to ensure that all cyclical Workday activities are performed in conjunction with the HR Technology team. Assist with testing and implementation of system enhancements and new functionality.
Requirements
  • HR Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of HR processes and ability to understand HR initiatives that align with business goals.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with HR Systems, including Workday and HR Specialist Systems. Analytical skills to look at data and provide key insights.
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
