Business Support Executive

We have an exciting opportunity for a **Business Support Executive** **to support the team on a part-time basis.
**Why is this role important?**
This is a varied hands-on role, that will provide support to the General Manager, Leadership Team and wider organisation, through strong and efficient administration, and taking pride in the office environment we provide our people.
**How a day might look like for you**:
- Manage and coordinate facilities, ensuring the office is safe, clean and serviceable at all times by liaising with contractors for service and repairs, utility suppliers and being the first point of contact for the landlord.
- Manage and receive visitors, booking meeting rooms, parking and coordination of refreshments and visitor passes
- Co-ordination of leadership calendars and events
- Ensure that supplies and equipment are adequately maintained and restocked
- Ordering and receiving of weekly office food and drinks for the team, and for larger events such as meetings and celebrations
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
- Maintenance of company mobile phone contracts
- Booking venues, travel and accommodation for meetings and events
- Liaise with relevant people regarding business insurances, system renewals and registration
- Liaise with People Team and external providers on all safety matters, Health and Safety, Fire, risk assessments
- General office admin duties as required

- Good customer facing skills with confident telephone manner
- Ability to react with appropriate urgency to situations and requests
- Efficient, confident and professional at all times

- 20 hours - 10am to 2pm Monday to Friday
