Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for connecting with homeowners, tenants, and decision-makers over the telephone to identify new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify households' needs and preferences
- Generate new sales opportunities through effective communication and negotiation skills
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Lead Generation/SDR/Prospecting role
- Excellent talking and listening skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Motivation to succeed and achieve sales targets
- Ability to learn and adapt to new sales strategies and techniques
- Natural curiosity to ask questions and understand clients' needs

About the Role
This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday with a 4pm finish on Fridays. You will be based in our office, with the option to work from home one day a week. We offer world-class on-going sales training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.
